UPCOMING EVENTS
Empowering Commissioned Pastors Conference
Rescheduled to October 7-10, 2020.
Event to be held online.
CONFERENCE BEING MOVED TO ONLINE FORMAT
Taking in all of the unknowns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, the Steering Committee of the ECP Conference has decided to move our conference to an online format during the time we had planned to gather in October.

It has been a desire of our hearts that the commissioned pastors be able to meet face-to-face to support each other and to build viable networks and perhaps a future conference will have this privilege. In the meantime, we will meet each other and have our workshops and worship online.

If feasible, we will look toward a face-to-face Synod gathering in the Spring.
Registration refunds will be forthcoming. We hope that the time of this announcement allows you the time necessary to cancel travel arrangements. As we re-work the workshop, we will post updates about the content of the online conference. We hope that you'll make plans to participate in this online event.

Please see the notes below regarding the continuation of our online webinars, available to our current conference registrants and any additional participants who sign up for the virtual conference.
FREE WEBINARS OFFERED ONLINE
Between now and our October date, we will continue to host online web classes. Our next program, entitled "Small Church Finance Challenges in a Pandemic" is in the pipeline, with information about date and speakers coming soon.

If you missed our first workshop, "Authentic Worship Online" by Thomas Riggs and Tim Gray, you can view that webinar online by clicking the button below.
TO THOSE WHO REGISTERED FOR THE EMPOWERING COMMISSIONED PASTORS CONFERENCE:
Even though we have canceled our in-person conference...
Refunded your money...
Worked towards a re-imagined an online conference...
You are still on our minds.
Like you, the Conference Design Team is watching for signs that the COVID-19 pandemic will end so that we can return to travel and gathering. In the meantime, we know that the demands on your life and ministry are enormous. Pastoral care, preaching, leading studies... these things didn't stop for a pandemic, a wildfire, a derecho, a hurricane, or a national conversation on race.
We discovered that in the middle of this chaos, we seek peace and connection with God.
So, as we navigate these turbulent and strange new waters, we wanted to offer you a chance to worship. Not to lead worship... just worship.
This little offering is open to you. We hope that you may consider joining us.
And, in the ever-wise words of my friend Chuck Morgan: It's good to be safe at home.
